The Specialist Advice Team is here to help all students, new or returning with any questions or concerns that they may have about their accommodation whilst studying at the University of Lincoln.
For most first year university students this will be the first time you will sign a tenancy agreement. It is very important that you understand what your responsibilities are and, if things go wrong, what rights you have and where you can get help.
The University of Lincoln Specialist Advice Team can advise you regarding any housing options. You can attend one of their drop-in sessions (Monday-Friday, 12pm-2pm, Student Support Centre) to discuss your situation with an advice worker.
The links below will provide further information and guidance to help you when you move in to your accommodation and give you guidance if any problems arise.
